Once the snow melts, Vail’s tubing hill is transformed into a fantasy of outdoor adventures for all ages. Winter tubing becomes summer tubing, a terrific mountain roller coaster is open for speed lovers, a climbing wall has been erected and there is a multi-level ropes course that will challenge all thrill-seekers. Ziplining fans will find something for everyone: a little Eagle zipline for those 3 and up, the shorter Golden Eagle line, and a 3-4 hour, 7 zipline tour that soars above the valley. Snacks and drinks are available at Bistro Fourteen, right in the middle of the action. (vail.com, from $42)
