Our favorite!!! Everything on the menu is fresh, organic, sustainable - very farm-to-table, but not in a pretentious manner. The Skuna Bay salmon is to die for.

Amazing if you are looking for fine dining. If you have to pick one fancy restaurant in Vail, this should be the top of your list. The menu is expensive, but worth it! They do run off season specials if you are traveling outside of the winter and summer peaks. Check the local newspaper for specials. Other really great restaurants for fine dining include: Sweet Basil and La Tour.
