Salt House Mercantile was created to celebrate authentic Northwest style through quality, American-made housewares and gifts. Founder Carrie Schei started Salt House Mercantile in 2014 with a first store located in downtown Winslow, Bainbridge Island, Washington, followed by a second store in Seattle's picturesque Madison Valley in 2016.
