Best combination of great coffee, prime location, and cool atmosphere. They also have fun non-coffee drinks, breakfast, baked goods, desserts, and a wet bar. They are usually on the Best of DFW lists made by coffee snobs and foodies.

Industrial atmosphere with high ceilings. They have a great seasonal menu for breakfast and lunch. The baristas here make the best cortado in town.
