Solid food for lunch or dinner, a step up from typical bar food, with routine entertainment at night. I recommend the southwest chicken bowl, any of their burgers and wings.

Ok this is seriously my second favorite pizza place in Charleston. Just being honest, but that's a pretty high bar. Go check it out if you are craving pizza and you won't be disappointed.

Great local beach that feels family oriented. Includes a central parking lot and kids area run by the Charleston County Park and Recreation. Also has a pretty tame strip of restaurants and bars to catch some seafood.

This beach attracts a good mix of locals, college students, and tourists. It by far feels like it has the most width of beach, making it very easy to spread out and find a peaceful spot.

Though the furthest beach away, my personal favorite. Has a very beachy and laid back feel. Includes the best fishing pier in town which hosts consistent activities, and also has the best surfing (though honestly doesn't say much).
