Lipka's is an essential stop just to see the fun decor. It was an old time style pharmacy and it still is decorated as such. It is still running and serving from the original soda fountain counter. You can get great sandwiches and soups here as well. They do not accept credit cards.

This fantastic local micro-brewery has become the place to enoy the company of others. It is an old bank and you can even sit in the vault to enjoy your brew or wine. They con't serve food but do encourage you to bring some or order delivery. There is often a food truck called Bone Ends outside with fantastic food!

Parks & Nature
This is a must see view. It is on the corner of White Lake and Lake Michigan. The views are fantastic. There is a long pier to stroll on to catch the sunset and a nice swimming beach for tanning and enjoying the water. The view of the lighthouse is so pretty.

You can pick up the Medberry Junction trailhead right around the corner from our house and go for miles and miles in either direction once you get to the Hart-Montague Trail.

Just to the north of us is the famed Silver Lake Sand Dunes. Go there for the beaches, the views, riding jeeps or strolling the dunes. There are fun shops in dining areas. You can't stay here and not experience it at least once.

Then, do it all over...There is no way you can see everything in go-through. We discovered many of our fun furniture and decor.
