Located just 5 minutes away in Prairie du Chien, WI, The Tavern has live music every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening. Great little bar with no TV's or clocks. Just friends and great local music! This time of year they are closed on Sundays. Open at 2pm.

This is my favorite bar in McGregor! It's where all the locals hang out. The owner Bart is a hoot! Everybody is friendly and they have the coldest beer in town! Mixed drinks too.

Lots to do in McGregor. All four seasons have something to offer from boating on the Mississippi, kayaking on local rivers, ice fishing or snow shoeing and cross country skiing in the winter. In the summer there is boating, hiking, swimming and again fishing. No to mention the beautiful colors of the foliage in the fall. Lots of shops and a great night life. This is the place to come and relax.
Pikes Peak is a beautiful park any time of year. Lots of hiking trails and scenic overlooks.
