This is a lovely place to have breakfast, brunch or lunch - cakes are delicious. There is another new Honey+Harvey right opposite Melton Train Station (open from 6am weekdays) - this is our prefered spot, easy-to-park and only short drive too.

Food is great, nice minute steaks, cosy food and the curry is always a good choice. Definitely one to enjoy during your stay. And also very reasonably priced.

It's not just a Restaurant, it has a beautiful Cinema and they often do a fish & flicks menu which is a nice thing to do in the evening or on a rainy day. Food is exceptional and staff are very courteous. Check-out what's on they often live-stream theatre production from the west-end. Oh and it also has an ice-cream parlour. So great for an afternoon stroll.

Food is exceptional and staff are very courteous. Check-out what's on they often live-stream theatre production from the west-end. Oh and it also has an ice-cream parlour. So great for an afternoon stroll.
Breakfast served from 7 am and it's good. Their generously sized kippers come from Pinney’s of Orford smokehouse. Just off the A12 so pop-in before you head off to explore the Suffolk Coast.

For beer-lovers, purists and the just plain nostalgic the White Lion serves a selection of real ales straight from cask to glass on their traditional stillage. Only a handful of pubs in East Anglia still do it this way: no gas, no pumps, just a cooling jacket to maintain optimum temperature. Apparently the original and best method to ensure a perfect pint.
