The big food court called Mathallen located by the river, nice place for lunch https://mathallenoslo.no/en/
Take the 34 bus to Telthusbakken, walk 3 minutes back and you are there. Nice place to grab lunch, and there are really nice walks up and down the river, a good way to explore town.

Drinks & Nightlife
For nightlife I recommend Torggata, lot's of new and hip restaurants and bars if you follow the street down to the big square (Youngstorget) take the 34 bus from the stop at the street just above my apartment to the Jakob kirke stop, and it is just across the street.

Parks & Nature
If you are up for a walk I do recommend you to walk up to Ekeberg which is within walking distance from my apartment, there a sculptures in the forest there and there is a nice quite high end restaurant there where you can grab a coffee or dinner depending on budget and enjoy the view over Oslo. It is facing westerly so very nice for afternoons / evenings
