This is the best restaurant in Bali, hands down. Doesn't have a Michelin star but deserves at least one. Think Noma or El Bulli meets Indonesia. Very reasonable for what it what it is. They do lunch and dinner, five or seven courses (plus loads of small tasters in between) and you can choose between vegetarian or meat/fish menu.
