This independent, non profit movie theater is one of my favorite things about my neighborhood. It is walking distance and recently renovated with four screens showing digital films. Great movies, great popcorn. Try to go if you get a chance, you won't catch any blockbuster movies here, but if you are an independent film lover you will love this theater. Part of the Art House theater group so if you belong to one, your pass will be accepted here.

As close to authentic Mexican food you will get in the area. BYOB so if you bring Tequila you can get Margarita mix on the house! The wine store is on the corner on the way!
