Parks & Nature
Stunning natural swimming pool, right at the bottom of the coastal cliff. Convenient five minutes walking stone stairs access.
Few years ago, it was mainly only known by locals; lately has become more popular due to social networks, so... on good sunny and calm sea days might be difficult to park around.
Interesting to see it and take some photos, also swim there could be an unforgettable experience. But extreme caution! when brave sea may be dangerous! So, make sure if its safe that day before jumping into the water by asking to locals.

Charco De La Laja

El Socorro is a black sand surf beach, accessible by car 2.5km, easy to get there just following the signs on the highway.
Good to go there to relax, do exercise, play, swim, surf and more. Big waves there, or not so big if the sea is calm. In the worst case scenario you could always get wet in the shore; just follow the life guard indications.
It is also possible to get there hiking though the coast, but there is part which is not too comfortable to walk cause you have to walk over the big stones of the shore. It approximately takes 2 hours.

Playa del Socorro
El Socorro is a black sand surf beach, accessible by car 2.5km, easy to get there just following the signs on the highway.
Good to go there to relax, do exercise, play, swim, surf and more. Big waves there, or not so big if the sea is calm. In the worst case scenario you could always get wet in the shore; just follow the life guard indications.
It is also possible to get there hiking though the coast, but there is part which is not too comfortable to walk cause you have to walk over the big stones of the shore. It approximately takes 2 hours.
Hiking trail which goes from sea to mountains and you can just start and end in the house. No car needed. Go and come back through the same pathway, 3.5 - 4 hours total, up to you how high to walk. Don't forget to take sun protection with you.

You can come until here walking from the house through the coastal pathway. It is comfortable and super beautiful. In 40 minutes you are there. Once there, you could come back the same way to the house or eat in the recommended restaurants. Don't miss it!

Getting Around
THIS IS OUR MEETING PLACE. Normally we meet here with our guests after you land in Tenerife.
Parking place - Petrol station - Coffee shop - Toilet - Convenient store.
There you can have some snack or sandwich, drink some coffee or beverage, buy whatever you might need on the convenient store, fill petrol to the car, etc...
After here, we will drive you to the house, in case you miss the detour from the highway. Once in the house, we will explain you the basics of the house.

(Working days early mornings might be traffic jam in the highway. Apart from that there must be no other inconvenience. But, as for any other airport, better life with time in advance.)
