Doe Bay, in addition to being the island's premier organic dining spot (romantic views overlooking the bay), is also an amazing spa. Come soak at the (clothing optional) baths. Wake up early and get some privacy in the spa, then pop over to the cafe for a bruschetta, or a gourmet (yet affordable!) scramble.

Doe Bay hosts a kayak/water exploration outfit from which you can rent a kayak or sign up for a guided tour of the Sound.
