It is easy to get to City 2 walking, by car or by bike. There is a movie theatre there, two supermarkets (Føtex and Lidl), stores to buy clothes, food court, a small indoor play ground for children, a nice little indoor play ground for the smallest kids, drugstore and much more.

There is an IKEA about 1 km from the house. It is possible to walk there, but walking back after shopping at IKEA might be complicated :)

We like to shop at REMA 1000. It is just past the train station, it is a nice enough walk there, crossing only one streets where cars drive.

Netto is about the same distance than REMA 1000, but there are no streets to cross to get there. It takes no time to get there with car or bike, and the walk there is comfortable enough.

Entertainment & Activities
You can take a train to Tivoli from the train station that is about 10 minutes from our house. If you take a regional train it will make two stops and you have arrived (normally Valby and then Copenhagen central station). If you take the s-tøg it will make many more stops, since that is like a subway train, but it will also arrive to the Copenhagen central station in a bit over half an hour.
