The double decker club sandwich is to die for. Lots of good food here. It's quaint but at times very busy. So go before 4 and not much of a wait. Or if its really busy tell them you will sit outside and they usually put you near a koi pond and its so pretty.
It is in very close proximity to the old mill. you can walk down to the mill and waterfall area and take pics. also near the old mill where they actually make all the corn mill for the shops near by. there is a new moonshine place adjacent to this place too. across the street is the trolley stop and they take you anywhere in pf for 1.00. Dollywood is very close as well. 10 mins.

There are several easily accessible trails from the vistors center just inside the park. the sugarlands visitors center does a really good job and introducing first timers into the park. Shows animal indicative to our area. Also cabins you will see throughout hikes all over. Videos showing primitive days. Also lots of nature and waterfalls all over. Picnic areas galore. DO NOT FEED THE BEARS AT ALL. YOU WILL GET FINED. RECENTLY A FAMILY STAYING IN A CABIN WAS FINED OVER 600 DOLLARS AND HAVE TO COME BACK AND APPEAR IN COURT AND COULD FACE MORE CHARGES BECAUSE THE RANGERS HAD TO KILL THE BEARS.

Strip mall. It gets really crowded from 12-7 at night. if you want to make a day of it come early so you can park and just walk around. putt putt is near by and several restaruants are there. its really busy but worth the trip as much of the stores are outlets and offer discounts.
Bath and Body works is fantastic, earthbound trading company I love, kids stores are awesome and the Disney store is cool

Kroger is very busy. for years it was the only place to get groceries except food city. the food city is very small and limited in parking so I avoid it like the plague. Kroger always has deals. it is very crowded but if you go b4 2pm. and don't mind parking away fro mthe front door your ok.

This is my go to place for town. If I don't want the Kroger or Walmart crowds I go here. sometimes its a little more but it definitely beats sitting in traffic to find a spot to park and they offer great deals on lots of stuff.

Getting Around
cheap 1.00 each way. per person. Gatlinburg transfers are 2.00 I think. they run every 20 mins every half mile or less apart from each stop. its really neat. traffic is horrible sometimes so its nice to at least sit in the traffic and not be driving lol
