Slightly trashy but oddly homely to me. It's not actually that trashy. They often have a pretty good selection of pop on pop nights, cheap prices, and there's a nice sitting area. It's generally pretty busy, and they do frequent special events and promotions. In an old cellar, so there's a nice sort of 'cave' 'underground' feel.

Sightseeing
This is a pretty obvious one, but the tower tour is worth it. You learn some fun history, see the bells, and get a 360 view of the entire city from the high rooftop.

Shopping
I like comics and collectibles, and this is my go to place for those things. Little local place and pretty easy to miss (it's upstairs between two store fronts- there is a sign)

Vintage clothes! Very vintage and high quality clothing. Lots of interesting items, to say the least. Again, quality local shop.

This is the best book store in town. They have all sorts of specialized services- such as suggesting books based on past reading, helping you find gifts, or helping you remember a book you've long forgotten. Awesome staff, not to mention an awesome selection of books. Cozy reading room upstairs as well.

The entry fee can seem a little much for how small the museum is, but it's not TINY either. There's a very interesting selection of objects, a rotating gallery that is always worth a visit, and generally a good time (especially if you like history_

More a sit down lunch shop than a cafe, this place has table service and very good food (and good prices). Go in the morning or closer to closer, the lunch rush can be quite bad.
