Huge amount of ethnic restaurants, chinese, japanese, malaysian etc... if you want to eat cheaply worth heading this way. Aucklands equivalent of Chinatown.

Has pacific food representative of the pacific islands. There are many Samoans, Tongans, Niueans and other pacific nations living in Auckland so it is actually has the largest pacific population in the world. Good for food culture :-)

My favourite Asian fusion restaurant in the area, also many other people! It can get really busy but does take bookings https://www.wuandyou.co.nz/. Dinner and drinks is normally around $50 per person so well priced.

From breakfast through to dinner Frasers has quality food in a nice atmosphere. Not the cheapest but it's good and with a kitchen open most of the day (aren't open really late) you know you can always get something there.
