In my opinion, the Best Sushi in the Entire Desert! Recommendations: Aloha Roll, Black Rose. Also, ask for a side of ginger dressing and spicy miso sauce to dip your sushi. Mmmm....delish! Opens daily @ 5pm.

There is often live music performing in the amphitheater area. This is also the place to watch the 4th of July Fireworks.
