If you don’t have a vehicle with you during your travels then I recommend NorthernTales for seeing the northern lights. They’re a fun bunch with a beautiful viewing spot outside of town.

If you have a vehicle then I’d recommend heading out to Fish Lake. It’s in city limits and a great spot to see the lights.

Public Transit
The transit system is great in peak hours, but not very available in evenings and weekends. No ride-share companies in Yukon but you will find taxis. I recommend Yellow Cab.
