Another very unique shop. I think it's all French imported items. My husband loves mustard, so as part of our honeymoon basket, i bought some gourmet items and various flavors of mustard. This shop has everything from gourmet to clothing and gifts.

Carrollton is bigger and has more events but it's about a 20 or 30 minute drive. This one is one block from the house.

And it’s now famous for the Oak Cliff Film Festival and fantastic programming — movies, music, parties, dance and other live performances — from management company Aviation Cinemas, which took over in 2010. After the theater closed in 1989, it was at risk of demolition several times until the Oak Cliff Foundation bought it in 2001, sinking $1.6 million into renovating it. (Advocate Oak Cliff article)
