This Dog Beach is a little bit closer to us but I don’t think it’s as beautiful. They have different operating hours so make sure to check the city of Hollywood‘s website for more information about the hollywood Dog Beach.

Rent a car!
Fort Lauderdale does have public transportation but South Florida isn’t known for it being great. It’s too hot to wait outside or you’ll get rained on unless it’s winter time of course! Ubers are good too, but they can get very expensive over here!

Las Olas has a restaurant, bar or shop to suit anyones needs. It’s even a great place to walk around for exercise! Lots of street parking everywhere but don’t forget to pay using the popular parking apps!

Water taxi
The water taxi is such a great way to see the most beautiful houses and get to all the waterfront restaurants! It’s a hop on/hop off type of experience with stops all over Fort Lauderdale! They even have deals if you begin after 4pm! Another great thing is they all you to BYOB! But some of their bigger boats have full bars!
