Wasabi Fusion is close by and mouthwatering! We ordered the Sushi boat and split it between my wife and I and we were bursting we were so full. the Mackerel was to die for and the specialty rolls are great combinations. The staff is super friendly and the restaurant is clean.

Chazito's is an authentic Puerto Rican cuisine and family owned. Chaz, the owner was cooking the night we came, like most nights and his energy was contagious! The food was delicious and it helps that it's so close by! The first Saturday of the month, Chaz has a pig roast. Definitely check it out if you can!

The Ice Cream stop was a great place to cool down in the Georgia heat. They had a great selection of flavors that the whole family enjoyed. There were plenty of seating areas for our large group too!

Cafe M is an authentic french cafe in the heart of Savannah. The food is delicious and the ambiance is spectacular! We went during breakfast but they have all sorts of pastries, salads and sandwiches for lunch as well. Cafe M is a street away from the Savannah River and all the tours that take place there.

The Pirates' House has a long history in Savannah as the oldest existing building in the city. It's said to be haunted and is even mentioned in the book Treasure Island. We had to check it out. We didn't get a chance to see the resident ghosts, but maybe you will! The staff was great and the food was amazing. I highly recommend the Georgian Salmon dish, Honey Pecan Fried Chicken, The Savannah Crab Dip and the Fried Green Tomato Salad. There wasn't an item that I tasted that I did not enjoy!

We're sure you already have plans in Savannah, but what we highly recommend is visiting as many of the parks and squares in the city! The buildings surrounding the parks feature beautiful architecture typical to Savannah and they are simply breathtaking!

Tybee Island is a small barrier island and city near Savannah. It has sandy beaches as well as a functioning 18th century lighthouse. For those who love to explore a city's history, check out the Museum on the north side of the island!
