Java Nation is right down the street from the house! It is my favorite brunch spot. They offer different versions of eggs benedict which is great. They also have a full bar with great drinks! They have selections to eat inside and outside. The whole neighborhood comes out! Some nights have live music.

The LA Fitness next to the house is their Flag ship location and is a five minute walk from the house. They have a full basketball court, a pool. spa, cycle class, and boxing gym.

Biking/walking/jogging trails
My favorite way to exercise.
Take a break from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the Bethesda Trolley Trail! The four-mile path links Bethesda and North Bethesda with quiet, tree-lined pavement. Nice trail for road biking, not so crowded and mostly shaded. The Trolley Trail begins at Flemming Park, off Fleming Road in North Bethesda.
