The Mermaid Beach Precinct
Mermaid Beach is a popular beachside suburb, close to restaurants, cafes, shops and public transport. It is only minutes from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Nobby Beach, Burleigh and Broadbeach Restaurants. It is a popular surfing beach with a great break at Alfred street only a couple of minutes walk from the house. Across the road is a convenience store and a few streets away is a medical centre.
