Giovanni's Ristorante is located in the heart of Qualicum Beach, right on 2nd Ave. Known for many years as the 'go to' dinner spot in town, it went through a couple of ownership changes and lost clientele before the current owners stepped in and brought back everything it was so recognized for. Amazing Italian cuisine in the dining room, pizza, light dinners and cocktails/beverages in the cozy lounge. Great food, great ambiance, great people.

Englishman River Falls Provincial Park provides a scenic hike through Errington, with a unique, cascading waterfall and beautiful swimming hole at the lower falls.
This is an easy 3 km or so hike that you can meander along and enjoy the lush greenery and the two waterfalls. The lower waterfalls is best viewed in the spring or winter. When summer comes the river gets lower and in turn that waterfall gets hard to see. Although, when the water levels are low you can walk down to the lower waterfall (the second bridge) and there is a crystal clear pool perfect for swim. This is a challenging executive course and one of the most popular in the area. The smooth greens have an average of three tiers. Every fairway is rolling and lined with trees.
