It is on Bevkov trg, so city center of Nova Gorica, if you are lucky there might be a concert or something else going on :)

Great and affordable sushi. My favourite sushi place ever with all you can eat for lunch and dinner. You can also have a take away, 7 dishes for 20e.

This place has everything. Really everything. But you MUST try the "gratinirane palačinke". You can mix 2 flavours and leave a lot of space in your stomach because the portion is huge.

Huge hamburgers by Soča river. and If you like vegetarian i recommended Vege Lunca. It is delicious and enough for two meals :)))

Sightseeing
Beautiful view of Gorizia and Nova Gorica. It is a historic place. You can walk there from the apartment (25mim aprox) but a part is uphill.

A historic place where Gorizia and Nova Gorica meet. An old train station, but still active. An old train is exposed outside and you can see it for free. You can have a coffe at the bar and enjoy the piazza or hop on a train and go somewhere :)

If you are a fan of gambling and casino's I recommend Perla. They have many machines, live poker, tombola and some other shows and entertainment. There is a spa with a pool and saunas and massage center if you need to relax (I go there often, it's relaxing)

Have some adrenalin experience in Soča fun park. Lots of climbing and a zip line from one side of the river to the other. You can also book bungee jumping from the bridge. Get ready to scream:)))

Just 30min drive from us there is a beautiful and huge cave. There is 10 degrees inside all year around so take something warm to wear. There is organised tours inside, there is also a sightseeing train so you don't walk everywhere. There is also an animal called "človeška ribica " that lives only here. There is an entry fee, but it is worth it.
