Food nearby
During daytime, there is plenty of food places downstairs, or for more upscale restaurants, walk up the stairs next to T&T Market towards Beatty Street. Food next to the building includes Vietnamese cuisine, pizza (Uncle Fatih is recommended), and Sushi.
You can also go the 2nd floor of International Village for mall-style food including Taco Time, Japanese, and Thai food.
A really fun Pizza place to visit is Pizzeria Ludica which is in the Keefer Place Square (next to T&T). It is very social.

Sky Train
Sky Train is the fastest way to travel around in Vancouver. Simply walk towards the Keefer Place Square, go up the stairs, and hop on the Sky Train.
Use your credit card to scan.
To go to City Center, take the Sky Train going towards Waterfront. Get off on Granville (one stop away).

Robson and Denman Streets
Robson and Davie streets are lively and fun to walk anytime of the day or night. From Denman Street, you can walk to English Bay as well.
Please see advice about "Sky Train", and take Sky Train to Granville and then walk to Robson Street.

Biking around Stanley Park!
One of the "must-do" things in Vancouver. Take Bus 19 from the corner of Pender and Abbott to Stanley Park. Rent a bike on Denman Street (maybe for 2 hours). Then bike all the way around Stanley Park.

On the elevator, go to the 3rd Floor. Need to use your FOB to access the 3rd Floor. Then again use your FOB to access the facilities.
Building's garden is also accessible from the 3rd Floor.

Bikes!
Rent bikes downstairs at Keefer Place Square (in front of T&T market). Vancouver is extremely bike friendly and flat. Consider biking the Sea Wall all the way to Vancouver downtown attractions.

Upscale dining and breakfast
There are some really nice restaurants on Beatty Street. Go up the stairs at Keefer Place Square, and go straight to Beatty Street.
Jams Cafe is recommended for breakfast.

Buses and Sky Train - you save
City buses and Sky Train (and Sea Bus) are part of the same network. You use your credit card to get in, and if you use another bus/sky train/sea bus in a two-hour window, you don't pay extra.
Please note that lower mainland is zoned, so you pay extra for crossing zones.

A great indoors mall at the heart of downtown. Just hop on the Sky Train and get off at Granville Station (next stop).

Metrotown is a lively mall, with reasonably priced stores. It is easy to get to from the Sky Train which stops right next to it.
