The food is fantastic. Sit out on the patio along the Ave of the Fountains and then take an after dinner stroll down to the Fountain Park. It's the perfect evening. (It's also a great breakfast place but call ahead to confirm they are open).

Stroll the walking paths to view the sculptures and watch the wildlife. Be there at the top of the hour and watch one of the world's tallest fountains show off in a gorgeous display. There is a hiking trail head on the east side of the park to take in some spectacular elevated views.
