The Donkey Sanctuary is a great place to spend a couple of hours. Entrance is free but there is the chance to make donations. There is a good cafe/restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and cream teas. Obviously there are plenty of donkeys to see as well as various talks throughout the day.

A vast sandy beach, so great for walking. There is also a harbour that offers boat trips, fishing tours, boat hire etc. Again, plenty of places to eat and drink in the town

The park grounds next to Wildwood also offer you the chance to take a lovely walk and then head back to the cafe for a coffee afterwards.
