Public Beaches
Entrance to all 5 Fairfield Beaches is free and open to the public but during the beach season of
Memorial Day Saturday to Labor Day a beach sticker is required to park. In season, Jennings and Penfield Beaches may be accessed with a sticker or by paying a daily fee at the gate. Access to Southport, Sasco and South Pine Creek Beaches is for residents only who have purchased a seasonal beach sticker.

The beach at the end of the street is really nice too. Its called south pine creek beach. There is public golf course one block away. You can drive to the beach parking drop everyone off and then park at the golf course parking. Its only 5 min walk and its free.

Sherwood Island Beach and State Park is 10 min by car at exit 18 of 95. They still sell out of state season pass for around $110. You can use it at any CT state park and beach. Also you can get daily parking there too and it's $15 for out of state vehicles.
