This is the kind of spa you can spend all day in. Book a treatment and get access to the sauna, hot tub, zero gravity chairs for relaxation, outdoor pool. You can order champagne, drinks, foods to be brought to you in the spa. Pro tip: you can just buy a day pass rather than book a treatment and get access to the spa all day. During peak times they may not sell day passes so call to make sure. You can book something little like a brow wax and still get all day access!

I know massage envy can get a bad rap in some areas but I’ve never had a bad massage at this one and I’m quite picky about massages. You do need to book in advance.

Food scene
Our favorite place to buy fresh seafood. The freshest shrimp are actually the ones that are flash frozen in the boats as they are caught. You can actually ask them to sell you flash frozen royal red shrimp and they’ll go get you some from the back :) keep it in your freezer til a few hours before you want it. They also sell speciality foods, large dried noodle selection, some prepared frozen Cajun foods. Crab boil spices. They have fresh breads and desserts driven in daily from a French restaurant in Fort Walton!

Specialty cheeses! Locals call this spot Chan’s Wine World :) it’s a great restaurant and also our favorite spot to buy beer/liquor, baguettes and cheese. Lots of craft booze. If you ask them to bring you a half baked baguette from the back, they will. Take it home and back it 10 min before dinner. SO GOOD.

Farmers stands
For the best FL grapefruit, strawberries and oranges you’ve ever had… stop at any of the farmers stands along 98. The parking lot by Hooters usually has one! The citrus is seasonal but if you see it, get a lot! I still dream about this grapefruit. Nothing you can buy in your local grocery store can compare.
