Food Scene
It's impossible to list the best restaurants in Portland because there are so many! This is definitely a foodie town and there really isn't a good excuse for a bad meal whatever your budget. Look for regional ingredients because the Willamette Valley (just south of Portland) is one of the most fertile growing regions in the country.
