It consists of the Kings men stone circle (its a challenge to try and count them all), the Whsipering Knights burial chamber and the King Stone.

Located only 10 minutes from Kingham and Charlbury stations
If you are planning on travelling from London by train, Kingham station would be your better option as taxi fares are approx £15 to Chipping Norton. Please note neither of the local stations have taxi ranks and advance booking is a must!
