Best way to get around
No subway system in Jordan. The city is also not walking friendly for traveling long distances.
Best way to travel inside Amman is via uber, careem, or by flagging a yellow taxi cab.
The following places are best to get to by cab but once there travel by foot: rainbow street, weibdeh neighborhood, old downtown amman or al balad.
To get outside Amman the best way in my experience is via jet bus (this is the actual company name.. google it).. especially if traveling to Aqaba, Wadi Rum, or the dead sea. If larger group then renting out a cab may be cheaper
