This bar and grill is right across the street from the condo, easy walk to get there, and positioned right on a nice walking path that spans for miles. We highly recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing place to grab a drink before or after a jog, walk, or bike ride!

NEW NAME: Collins Bros Chophouse! The service is impeccable, the scene is lively and the food is always on-point. We recommend a reservation online but we have had luck walking in... and our favorite is any steak paired with an old fashioned.

It is ALWAYS a good time at Topgolf, if you know, you know. If you haven't experienced it... you gotta go! We recommend reservations, if you don't make them, no problem, eat dinner in their restaurant while you wait for a bay.

This location is one of our favorites because you can take a nice walk along the waterfront afterward and into Old Town. Get the ribs. Get the curry. Get the pretzel bites. Get a cocktail.
When we want a quick and delicious dinner to enjoy in the condo, we pick up Bei Express to-go. And the fact that they have a delicious sushi roll called "The Sunshine Roll" could not be more fitting to enjoy in our "Sunshine Retreat" - Seriously good sushi TO-GO, who knew?

Fun atmosphere and fantastic service. Famous for their chop salad (which sounds so boring, but order it, it's worth it). The drinks are great and sitting at the bar is fun. From our experience you can arrive dressed up or super casual as it seems to be a mix of both. And... there is a speak easy upstairs. Reservations recommended.

Right across the street from the condo is the "green belt", cross the street or just park behind the CVS and enjoy a nice walk. It is an oasis of parks, lakes, paths and golf courses traversing 11 miles through the heart of Scottsdale. Ride a bike or walk along the pathway. We like to get a coffee from Dunkin Donuts and walk a few miles then head back and eat at R.T. O'Sullivan's Sports Grill right next to the path and just a minute from the condo.
