Billi Barnhouse is a 7 minute drive to New Brighton, South Golden and Ocean Shores Beaches. Christmas Beach Ocean Shores is a local secret, so don't tell anyone. These are all surf beaches except for Christmas Beach, which is great for kids.
Coles, K-Hub and the shopping Centre is in Ocean Shores. Very close by.
Brunswick Heads in also a short drive away, maybe 7 minutes. There are lots of great shops, restaurants and cafes there. There's also a lovely kid safe beach called Torakina Beach.
