Great local pub which is a 10 min (downhill) walk from the property. lovely food and very friendly. A must for all gin drinkers as they have an extensive gin list. The Kents also have a small restaurant with a great menu.

Once you finished your lunch you can either take a lively stroll down to Meadfoot beach or alternatively a walk to Dadyhole Plain and take the stunning coastal path straight into Torquay

Once you finished your lunch you can either take a lively stroll down to Meadfoot beach or alternatively a walk to Dadyhole Plain and take the stunning coastal path straight into Torquay

A personal favourite of ours. The staff are lovely and attentive without being overbearing. The food is delicious and for anyone who has a sweet tooth like me, the meringue pudding is a must. In the summer the tables on the balcony have a fantastic view out to the bay. If your a bit of a fussy eater and like something a little simplistic then the chicken dish is for you.
