It's quite an experience to come here. There are dozens of bins with an elaborate water filtration system for hundreds of different fish, shellfish, and other crustaceans.
First you choose a table to sit at.
Then you go to the various bins and start looking for what you'd like to eat.
Then choose what you'd like to eat and how much of it you'd like in kgs. They'll ask you how you'd like it cooked. Grilled? Boiled? Fried?
And then wait for a hardy meal to be brought over to your table!
