Fantastic cafe right on the shore at Hest Bank. They are also a small farm animal section for the children to enjoy. The cakes here are amazing.

A fantastic park with play area, pond, woodland walks and cafe. There is a butterfly house and mini beast house as well. The views across Morecambe Bay are beautiful. The park also has an outdoor theatre performance in the summer, performed by The Dukes Playhouse.

A great place to visit for a picnic. There are several great walks around the crook and the main cycle path that connects Morecambe and Lancaster runs through it. Hire a bike and have a great full days cycling without ever having to go on a road.

GB Antiques is an enormous building, all on one level, that is filled with anituqes and pre loved items. It is a great place to mooch around and hunt to interesting items or bargains. There is also an ice cream parlour and local brewery on the site to complete an afternoon out.

Whilst the bikes are not state of the art, Sunshine Cycle Hire is right on the front and offers adults, children and tag a long bikes. This is great for a cycle down the prom which is flat and easy to ride.

If you are a golfer this is a great course to play. It is a little tight with few par 5's but the views are beautiful. The club house is also nice and offers good food at reasonable prices.
