Truly our favorite spot for a special lunch or dinner. If you like oysters, you’ll love this place. Pro tip: Call them when they open on Saturday to get a reservation. Or if you're staying at the condo, just walk down the street and chat with the hostess/host for a reservation later that night or day. Sit inside to meet locals while you dine at the bar. Or enjoy the fresh air and people-watching on the small patio. You can't go wrong with the food but our must-orders are the scallops, kale, east coast oysters, and wedge or Crab Louie salad! Their Sancerre white wine and any of their cocktails are wonderful. It can be pricey but they have a great happy hour M-F from 3-5pm with ½ off burgers (they are amazing), 50 cent oysters, $5 martinis, oyster shooters & beer + on Saturday & Sunday from 3-5pm with ½ off bottles of wine, 50¢ off oysters and $5 oyster shooters.

This off-leash (and fenced) dog park is a five-minute walk from the condo. The park also has a seasonally opened pool, a kid's playspace, a basketball court and lots of green space to run around.

Kayaking or Paddle Boarding Town Lake is a must when you visit Austin if the weather allows. Our favorite place to rent from is Rowing Dock. This is a super chill and fun thing to do on the water! You won’t fall in because there’s not a flow. Just bring SPF and a hat or else. :)
