Just a couple of minutes walk away, The Bonnie Badger has a bar, garden and restaurant area - each with its own menu! There’s a pool table in there as well if you’re looking for a game. The food and the selection of beer and wine is good! Run by the celebrity chef Tom Kitchin.

La Potiinière is something of a Scottish culinary institution. This small, fine dining restaurant has quite a reserved atmosphere but the food is of a really high quality.

At the other end of the village, overlooking Muirfield Golf Course, you’ll find Greywalls Hotel. The restaurant there, Chez Roux, was established by the great Albert Roux and the food is of a high standard. Worth going to for the great Open memorabilia and views.

If you don’t fancy cooking your own breakfast we heartily recommend the breakfast rolls at Goose on the Green! It’s a good place to either sit on or get takeaways from and perfectly located!
