This is a public pool. It is all indoors. I think they still have private indoor hot pools. You might check it out and ask to see the private pools. However, this is where you want to go if you are swimming laps etc. Probably not what you want, but it is there.

It is 25 minutes away and is the most high end and for sure the most conservative of the options in the area. It is very family friendly, so there are typically a good number of kids. As far as availability Mt. Princeton is large and usually no issues now that COVID restrictions have relaxed.

Mount Princeton Historic Bath House & Hot Springs

As far as availability Mt. Princeton is large and usually no issues now that COVID restrictions have relaxed.
Cottonwood Hot Springs. More rustic than Princeton, but it is a fun and a smaller quieter venue. It is 35 minutes from here. Probably our 'go to,' when not entertaining family.

A beautifully rustic option, Joyful Journey, is located in the San Luis Valley just 30 minutes south of the casita. They have a variety of pool temperatures. Very much a hippi vibe, and a variety of people travel from all over for love of the pools and open air. It is out in the flats of the San Luis Valley and has a beautiful perspective of the mountains.

Joyful Journey Hot Springs Spa
28640 County Rd 58EEA beautifully rustic option, Joyful Journey, is located in the San Luis Valley just 30 minutes south of the casita. They have a variety of pool temperatures. Very much a hippi vibe, and a variety of people travel from all over for love of the pools and open air. It is out in the flats of the San Luis Valley and has a beautiful perspective of the mountains.
The most adventurous option would be the clothing optional, Valley View Hot Springs & Campground. It is very unique and should not be quickly excused. This may be the coolest of all our hot springs (in my opinion). The pools are scattered around the mountainside throughout the campground. Some of them are nestled in the rocks and can be semi-private. It is also accessed from the San Luis Valley and is situated on the edge of the mountains overlooking the valley. Amazing views! It is about 40 minutes away. We have ventured through to hike to the Orient Mine Bat Caves, but we have not taken the dive. You could see people walking around naked, but typically it is very limited. Then again you may only see people clothed beyond the hot springs areas.
