Gelato 🍦
Avoid any place where they stack gelato like towers, that is NOT gelato. Gelato should be flat. Avoid places where the pistachio gelato is bright green - that’s a good indicator it’s artificial. It should also cost around €2-3 per cone. If you are ever charged €6 or more for a normal cone, don’t take it, don’t pay it, walk away and tell them “vaffanculo”, which in Florentine it means “your gelato is overpriced and I’m not letting you rip me off”.
The gelato of your dreams. My favorite place in the whole city, sometimes there’s a line but IT IS WORTH IT. Promise.
