Visit the State Park for time at the beach or hiking trails. Wax Marina is 1 mile from home and offers boat rentals and a public boat ramp as well. I have personally spent over 25 years enjoying the lake, whether it's boating, kayaking or fishing! There's something about the water that always relaxes me, a great way to hit the reset button.
