Aside from a great beach protected by a bay, Porto Pim hides two small but very nice bars/restaurants. The entire, yet small neighbourhood feels 'alive'. Just strawl about in the evening to enjoy.

Beautiful walking trails
We recommend you to experience the walking trails present on Faial. Brochures for each trail are present in the cottage. We offer the possibility of transfer service as well: We drop you off at the start only to meet you again at the finish.

Warm, cold or both?
Faial Island has a subtropical climate, officially that is. During summer, temperatures are generally mild, at 24 degrees max. You don't need much luggage as overall, light clothing will do. Do be aware of protection against the sun though. The only colder place on Faial Island is the top of the Caldeira.
