Authentic and very beautiful place right on the beach of Xpu Ha, about 20 minutes by car from Tulum without traffic. The thing with this place is it has remained authentic, the beach is not crowded and the water is crystal blue. It is truly a gem as you can imagine in the Caribeans. Prices remain very affordable, they have great fish dishes and good cocktails.

La Playa Xpu-ha Beach Club
Authentic and very beautiful place right on the beach of Xpu Ha, about 20 minutes by car from Tulum without traffic. The thing with this place is it has remained authentic, the beach is not crowded and the water is crystal blue. It is truly a gem as you can imagine in the Caribeans. Prices remain very affordable, they have great fish dishes and good cocktails.
Here is a different type of option for a beach day or also place to have diner at night and right on the beach. Definitely more fancy than the other options I have listed there and the prices are one the higher side but if you come to Tulum you probably want to try a place like this one!

Considered a hotspot for digital nomads, Selina is a brand of hotels which is geared towards entrepreneurs and people working remotely.
In Tulum they have this amazing hotel which is right on the beach. The place is great, they have a super nice stretch on the beach where you can spend a day (buy a day pass at reception - I do not know the exact price as every time I was there was when I stayed at the hotel) and they very often organize day and night parties.

Serenity is right next to the La Xpu Beach Club and is just another option in Xpu Ha. This place is a bit more fancy and with better quality beds and generally better service. I highly recommend spending a day on this beach for a different type of experience than the beach in Tulum which can get crowded.

Aldea Zama is where your flat is located. You are at the crossover of the beach, the jungle and the town center. Aldea Zama is mostly residential but it is getting developed and within the area you have little gems like Cenotes.
