About the cottage community

1.The main pool is for all owners, guests and renters. There is NO glass allowed in any pool area.2.The speed limit throughout the property is 10 MPH and will be strictly enforced.3.Beach Dreams rules do not allow children under the age of 14 in the hot tub or fitness room. Children age 14-17 must be accompanied by an adult.4.Children under the age of 4 are not allowed in any pools without an adult. Children under the age of 4 are required to wear swimmy diapers.5.Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the pool, the clubhouse or game room without supervision (18 or older).

To avoid fire, make sure the blanket not falling behind the sofa where the heating board is located.
