Our preference is the West Trailhead with several moderately difficult trails. The east entrance offers a great workout via a more challenging climb from the front range up into the foothills. Whatever your choice, you'll be glad you came!

Whatever your choice, you'll be glad you came!
Walk to this 3.5 mile trail within a peaceful stream corridor and winds through beautiful open space areas that offers a lovely walk or bike ride close to home. Creekside woodlands and meadows attract many species of birds and other wildlife, particularly between Ward Road and Indiana Street. An activity station/rest stop has been added to an area just west of the Kipling Street Underpass. A shaded picnic area and series of fitness equipment offer added recreation to one of Arvada's premiere Regional Trails. Take in views of the Stenger Soccer and Lutz Baseball Fields along with views of foothill and mountain vistas. This is an easy trail and well worth the walk!

RTD Light Rail Arvada Ridge Station - 10 minute walk
This is an easy to use and convenient light rail system which connects our property to Denver International Airport, Broncos Stadium, Rockies Stadium, Union Station and several other points of interest in the Denver Metro area. If you are driving, the Ward Road station offers plentiful parking 0.9 miles from the house. Before you go, check the Denver RTD website or download the RTD app to help you navigate the light rail and bus system and to purchase tickets!
