Bring camera and down load the “marine traffic” app and you can time it so when you are at the top of the bridge you will see a ship under you!!!! An awesome and once in a life time experience not to mention awesome photos. Call thousand island bridge authority to make sure bridge is open up for season to walk.

Great sunsets and walk along the river walk and walk over a small bridge to casino island. Closest you can get to the beautiful shops passing by. Only a ten minute walk from the A-Bay Bungalow. a play ground and a swimming beach and pavilion, and grills to cookout! and great close up view of ships passing and great view of Boldt Castle and Yacht House. Also there is The River Walk. Google "Scenic View Park" This is one of my favorite evening walks with my pup!

Periodically they do no let you walk the bridge. so just check on that at the welcome center

Great beer
Try the bacon wrapped Jalapeños they are to die for!!!! This is in the village of Clayton just 12 minutes down the road.
Great pizza and great beer. Lyman light is my favorite. Try the bacon wrapped jalapeños a must.
