The Crevices are absolutely amazing!
Only 15 km down the South Weir Road east of the Alpine convenience store, you will find crevices from limestone formations. Ice is known to be in them year round. Hold on to your kids and dogs though - they are quite deep!

Fishing is excellent - don't forget your rods!
Fishing in the north is excellent! And, we can likely arrange for you to go fishing with a local if you are willing to pay for his fuel. While we suggest you bring your fishing rods, we have our own that we will lend out.
